Carnap Reader Circle
The group Aufbau takes off in December. In our weekly sessions we are going to discuss Rudolf Carnaps' philosophy. We will beginn with "Der logische Aufbau der Welt" (LAW, 1928) followed by "Meaning and Necessity" (MaN, 1947). Besides the weekly discussions, we are planning a series of workshops. Details will be announced at any one time. You can join the reader circle any time. The weekly actualized reading agenda will keep you up-to-date.
On February 4 we will discuss LAW IV B and C to §144, and aditionally Quine's 'From Stimulus to Science' I and II, especially p. 10-19:
